The 2018 Operational Plan of the Cote D'ivoir Health Information System was developed following the evaluation of the plan for Strengthening the Health Information System 2014-2016 and the analysis of its strengths and weaknesses within the SWOT tool. The 2018 Health Information System Operational Plan shows the strategies that will be implemented over the 2017-2020 period, in order to have a functional, efficient and reliable Health Information System. The plan is improving the timely availability of quality health data and information at each level of the health pyramid, and by making it accessible to all.
