Digital Health Strategic Plan

This document addresses the strategy that corresponds to Part 1 of the World Health Organization and the International Telecommunication Union's Practical Guide to National eHealth Strategies. The Digital Health Strategic Plan is part of the implementation of the National Health Development Plan and supports the development of the Universal Health Coverage strategy for better access to quality health services for all populations. The Digital Health Strategic Plan is also aligned with the orientations of the Senegal Digital Plan 2025 finalized by the Ministry of Telecommunications in the fall of 2016 and the Emerging Senegal Plan.
