Health Development Plan

The Health Development Plan is based on the involvement of all actors in the sector (government, local authorities, civil society including the private sector). At the end of the execution of this Health Development Plan, it is expected that the health sector will be efficient and able to allow citizens to benefit from universal access to quality health care and services with their full participation. Particular emphasis will be placed on reproductive health activities and especially on family planning with a view to improving the state of health of vulnerable groups (mothers and children) for the harmonious development of our country.
