The Investment Plan for Building a Resilient Health System in Liberia is a critical step towards addressing the systemic vulnerabilities exposed by the outbreak of Ebola virus and building a resilient health system capable of responding to future public health emergencies. It seeks advocacy from partners and donors for support to the national effort to achieve its objectives and re-establish its trajectory towards achieving its goals under the National Health Plan (2011-2021) and the Agenda for Transformation.
