National Digital Health Strategy for South Africa

The strategy will contribute towards the South African National Development Plan Vision 2030 of “Information and Communications Technology (ICT) that underpins the development of a dynamic and connected information society and a vibrant knowledge economy that is more inclusive and prosperous”. The release of the new strategy is timely, following the establishment of the Presidential Commission on the Fourth Industrial Revolution by President Cyril Ramaphosa, announced during the February 2019 State of the Nation Address.
