National Health Development Plan

The National Health Development Plan 2012-2016 is a strategic and operational document for the health sector to materialize harmonious and equitable development priorities. The document also presents strategic guidelines established in the National Health Policy for the horizon of 2020. It constitutes an essential contribution of the health sector to the Strategy for National Growth and Poverty Reduction III 2012-2016 (DECRP). Also, it intended to give continuity to implementing the 2008-2011 National Health Development Plan interventions and projects. The Plan consists of two complementary parts: volume I) political and strategic guidelines, and II) operational guidelines. In addition, the Plan presents the Costing Report prepared based on the OneHealth instrument promoted by WHO, which describes the estimated costs for all programs in this Plan.
