The development of the National Health Development Plan 2016-2020 was based on workshops that focus on updating the sector diagnosis, developing the programmatic framework, budgeting, defining the implementation methods and determining the Monitoring & Evaluation mechanisms.
This process was bottom-up and top-down, involving all stakeholders.
The National Health Development Plan 2016-2020 reflects the will of the Government and its partners to provide effective and realistic solutions to the health problems of the populations of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
