The National Health Development Plan covers the period 2009-2018. It is part of the perspective of accelerating the implementation of the various prevention programs and health service offers. The objectives of the National Health Development Plan are: (i) to reduce the burden of maternal and child morbidity and mortality; (ii) Increase the sector's performance in disease prevention and control; (iii) sustainably strengthen the health system; (iv) Improve health sector governance.
