This National Health Development Plan 2016-2020 aims to improve the well-being of the populations, and this, through the construction of an efficient, integrated, responsible and efficient health system, guaranteeing to all the populations living in Côte d'Ivoire, in particular the most vulnerable people, an optimal state of health able to support the growth and sustainable development of the country towards the achievement of emergence in 2020.
