The general objective of the National Health Development Plan II is to accelerate the reduction of mortality and morbidity in Chad by ensuring that the entire population has access to quality basic health services. The plan was developed by the Government and its partners based on the evaluation of National Health Policy 2007-2015 and a National Health Development Plan I 2009-2012, using a participatory, bottom-up and inclusive process.
