The National Health Policy summarizes the common vision of Cape Verdeans to configure the health sector aligned with the Horizon 2020. The document represents the reference framework for the various actors involved and constitutes an explicit commitment of the various sectors of the State for the implementation of the mentioned health reform. The Policy is intended to define a new frame of reference to adequately respond to the needs and expectations of users of the National Health System, as an unavoidable factor for the country's social and economic development.
