National Health Policy

This National Health Policy is inspired by global initiatives while adapting to the new political context and socio-economic realities of the Comoros. It is the tool through which the Comorian authorities intend to direct their efforts for the development of the health sector, while ensuring access to good quality health services for all Comorians. It thus contributes to the fight against poverty and to socio-economic development through an efficient national health system allowing the entire population, in particular the most vulnerable and the poor, to have access to quality health care, with the effective involvement of all public and private actors and stakeholders.
