National Health Policy

This Policy was developed through consultations with and inputs from all stakeholders including Sector Ministries, Local Government Authorities, Faith-based Organisations, NGOs, Opinion leaders, Catchment Area Committees, MultiDisciplinary Facilitation Teams (MDFT’s), and other partners in the provision of health care across the country. The Ministry and partners, notably from WHO and UNICEF, have demonstrated sustained interest and commitment to the policy process.
