The National Strategic Plan “Digital Tunisia 2020” was developed in order to position Tunisia as an international reference for digital development as an important lever for socio-economic development and to provide Tunisia with a technological infrastructure in phase with an economy modern. The PNS is structured around Four Axes integrating Six Strategic Orientations, these SOs are supported by three Steering structures (Governance, Communication & Change Management and Funding & Budget) and three Support structures (Regulatory & Legal, Skills Development and Digital Confidence).
