Strategic Plan for the Development of eHealth in Togo

The Strategic Plan for the Development of eHealth 2013-2015 aims to provide solutions to the country's health problems characterized above all by high levels of morbidity and mortality rates affecting more particularly women and children, endemo -epidemics, and the emergence of non-communicable diseases. The development of this strategic plan is part of the reform of the health system initiated by the Ministry of Health. It is the result of an inclusive, participatory and consensual process of all parties involved in health.
