Strategic Plan for the Strengthening of the Health Information System

The Strategic Plan for Strengthening the Health Information System 2018–2022 is, on the one hand, a valuable working tool for health managers at all levels called upon to manage health programs and, on the other hand, represents the reference document for all planning, all allocation of resources and all advocacy in the field of the Health Information System in Madagascar. This document aims to satisfy the needs for quality information of the various users and actors in the development of the health sector in Madagascar. It takes into account the international data management standards and norms defined and harmonized by the World Health Organization (WHO) in collaboration with MEASURE Evaluation to ensure the quality of the data to be collected.
