Ten-Year Health and Social Development Plan

The Ten-Year Health and Social Development Plan (2014 to 2023) aims to correct the shortcomings observed in the implementation of the previous Plan. It is the instrument for implementing the National Health Policy enshrined in Law No. 02-049 of July 22, 2002. Based on the achievements and lessons learned from the previous Plan, the new Ten-Year Health and Social Development Plan is organized around strategic orientations as well as priority interventions for the materialization of the government's vision for the next ten years. We can cite, among other things, the continued implementation of governance, decentralization and the strengthening of public-private partnership.
