Artemisinin-based Combination Therapies (ACTs) is a verification system for malaria medications based on mobile application using barcode and QRcode and it monitored by Food, Medicine and Health Care Administration and Control Authority of Ethiopia.

Previous there was a lot of malaria treatment with fake medications in Ethiopia, since malaria is a common disease. To overcome this problem the Artemisinin-based Combination Therapies designed and implement to detect and avoid fake treatments and it was very successful.
