Overview
The system is used to manage site/facility sample ordering, and tracking for Covid19 and Viral Load tests among others. The system integrates with ART POC system to synchronize sample results for clients as well as reporting on the same. BLIS data is then fed to the national Lab Management Dashboard and visualization on the statistics.

The major challenge is the lab results turnaround time. It takes time for some of the tests as the samples have to be sent abroad for testing. In some cases the delays may arise due to connectivity problems.
