Doqtoor is a telemedicine platform for medical advice and teleconsultation by video connecting healthcare professionals and patients wherever they are. Patients can get consultations without appointment and needing to travel. For insurance members, they can use the platform through remote assistance packages.
Challenge : Need to increase doctor-patient interactions out of consultation, difficulty of face to face consultations in certain case due to geographic distances or due to patient’s health state.
Intervention : On the doqtoor.com platform, the patient can benefit from the free telephone advice (the patient asks a doctor his medical question) and the telecoaching module (for an online consultation by video conference between patient and coach or paramedic).
