Overview
Vitalliance’s Logistic Management Information System (eLMIS) is deployed at scale in Ghana. It provides real-time inventory data, contraceptive order visibility, and processing and warehouse management. eLMIS provides data on pharmaceuticals and other medical commodities in the supply chain and tracks their flow from distribution centers dotted around the country to hospi-tals, clinics, and ultimately the patients. The system also tracks expiration dates, so that older medicines can be prioritized and consumed so there is less waste. Vitalliance LMIS is available as a cloud-based SaaS.
