E-Notification

For community death to be registered, the Birth and Death Registry (BDR) has to be notified of the occurance of the death. This is a system developed to help register & notify death electronically. The informant fills a paper notification form and submit to the The BDR officer. The BDR officer then use the information to begin the process of death registration. The e-Notification system provides an electronic medium for the notification of the death. This fast tracks the death registration process.
